Jr Business Analyst

To ensure world class sales experience with in a high volume Customer Operations center. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing direct and domestic purchase orders. 

Proactive communications with sales regarding any order changes, price discrepancies and other order fulfillment issues.  

Provide weekly or bi-weekly order visibility report to sales and account merchants. 

Interact with all levels of organization both internal and external to delivery world class customer support, problem resolution while identifying root cause and facilitate changes to eliminate future occurrences.  

Individual should be well versed in Excel to run reports V-lookups etc.

Proactively monitor progress of orders to ensure timely release to avoid compliance charges, ensure orders are rescheduled correctly, and review fulfillment processes including manual order entry, store and site delivery orders.   

Proactively respond to internal and external customer needs and escalations. 

Maintain transportation changes that include updating ship to changes, provide report to internal stakeholders, and managing the changes in internal/external systems. 

Working with supply chain, transportation, reverse logistics, accounting, and finance to provide resolution to problems that arises for order management team.  

Interaction with merchants to review order status and provide weekly or bi-weekly open order visibility. 

Work proactively with factories in direct order simulations.
