You will be part of the Product Operations team that is responsible for analyzing operation

performance, uncovering cost, quality & scalability drivers and leading planning to improve

customer experience and reduce cost. In this role, you will be the expert on business cost,

quality and scalability trends and underlying drivers. The principal goal of your analyses would

be to deliver actionable insights to senior management and to help delivery on projects that lead

to reduction in cost, improvement in both quality and scalability.

As an Ops Analyst, you will apply analytics and program management skills to drive impact. You

will work with both internal and cross-functional teams to identify analytical and system

improvement opportunities, and lead these initiatives from conception to implementation.




● Independently execute on assigned projects, managing multiple projects with competing

priorities simultaneously

● Work with internal team and cross-functional partners to develop analytics, systems/system capabilities and metrics requirements, prioritize requests according to business impact, and manage timeline, milestones and rollout.

● Collaborate with other analysts, subject matter experts and decision makers to develop

data-driven policies, models or decision-support tools to improve efficiency

● Stand by the data quality and deliver accurate analysis. Build and maintain data pipeline

as required.

● Share and communicate findings and insights with stakeholders and senior management


Minimum qualifications:


● Bachelor degree or higher with a quantitative focus (statistics, math, economics,

operations management, computer science)

● 2+ years of work experience in analytics environment, ideally in developing system

capabilities, analytics and metrics development

● Excellent Excel skills

● Strong project management skills. Ability to work with stakeholders and bring a project to

● Passion for analyzing large and complex data sets and converting them into the

information that drives business decisions

● Superior communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and

create compelling narratives for different audiences

● Proficiency working in a fast paced, dynamic and complex environment
