Junior Office Manager / Receptionist (Chinese)

The Receptionist will be responsible for routine clerical, including but not limited to, providing front desk reception services, administrative support, and office management.

Job Description

Answer telephones and provide appropriate information or transfer incoming calls to appropriate person.
Greet all visitors providing courteous service.
Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Manage FedEx account and bills.
Assist in meeting arrangement.
Perform clerical tasks as assigned.
Coordinate with office building management office, office supply provider and other related office supporter provider.
Maintain adequate level of office supplies and order replenishments as necessary.
Manage international and local travel plans.
Arrange the reimbursement for office and administration expense.
Assist in planning events and major functions.

Job Requirements

High school or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of related business experience.
Exceptional time management and multi-task skill.
Good communication.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office.
