Knowledge Management Trainer

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Knowledge Management Trainer job in Spring, TX. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract
Length: 12 months
Shift/Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM – hours can be slightly flexible

Responsibilities for this Trainer job include, but are not limited to:

  • Develops and executes comprehensive training efforts based on our client’s Knowledge Transfer and Knowledge Management programs
  • Responsible for updating and/or creating content for training plans, the curriculum and logistics, and the courses and supporting materials.
  • Conducts course presentations and develops and delivers Knowledge Transfer and Knowledge Management courses.
  • Provides train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
  • Develops and/or update training plans. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
  • This position level might be described as Senior Trainer who can potentially mentor trainers on lower level and is providing higher level trainings.
  •  

Qualifications for this Trainer job:

  • Training curriculum creation and delivery.
  • Strong classroom (Instructor Lead) experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Sales background extremely helpful, but Training experience is essential
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong  knowledge of SharePoint and Tableau dashboards is HIGHLY desirable
