Kronos Admin Scheduler

Adecco is actively recruiting for a 2nd shift Kronos Admin Scheduler in the McDonough, GA area. Pay rate is $15/HR. Previous Kronos experience preferred. Must have strong administrative experience and be able to work Thursday – Saturday 12pm -12 am:


  • Enter schedule adjustment in Kronos once changes have been approved by Supervisor
  • Enter all approved data into Kronos once time off requests and missed punches have been approved by Supervisor
  • Update occurrence trackers weekly to align with punches in Kronos
  • Send notification to HR and Supervisor when employee has reached progressive discipline for occurrences and missed punches
  • Accurately communicates relevant and potentially sensitive information to others.
  • Anticipates and follows up on requests and issues with a proactive, problem-solving approach. Drafts correspondence as necessary to follow up on issues.
  • Organizes and maintains documents and sensitive information.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality and exercises good judgment.
  • Supports HR/Payroll with identifying contractors for input into Kronos for daily attendance capture.
  • Coordinates contractor assignments with On-site contact for contractors
  • Provides notification to On-site contact for contractors as it relates to attendance and/or assignment starts/terminations.


  • Associates degree
  • 1-3 year’s administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
