Job Title: Label and Artist Relations Coordinator

Location: San Bruno, CA

Pay Range: DOE

Estimated Length: 6 months

Position Description

The Label & Artist Relations teams at YouTube manage our top music industry partnerships. As Label & Artist Relations Coordinator, you are at the heart of your teams’ business operations and activities. You help the teams’ partner managers stay focused on their projects by owning operational processes and supporting key initiatives. You are very detail-oriented, excel in data management, move quickly with the changing environment and are up-to-date on the latest YouTube products and services. You have exceptional skills working across multiple teams to drive overall success and pay close attention to detail while handling simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess strong business judgment and communication skills to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of music industry, data management or administrative experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel or other data management applications
  • Experience working with teams cross-functionally in a business

Desired

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Drive (specifically Sheets and Docs), and Google apps
  • Experience at a digital music service, record label or artist management company
  • Self-directed and self-motivated; ability to communicate well consistently and broadly
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to support multiple simultaneous projects; ability to remain calm under pressure Service mindset; ability to act quickly and effectively to cultivate partner satisfaction
