POSITION:   Production Control Coordinator

LOCATION: Flower Mound, TX

HOURS: 2nd shift 3:30pm-12:00am; M - F

DURATION: Long term indefinite (temp to perm)

PAY: 17.50 - 18/hr.


Job Description

** This needs to be someone with excel, pivot tables, data entry experience. Highly organized. They will be reporting numbers/daily goals. ***



  • Manage and oversee all production processes and implementation of new production process business
  • Manage labor planning and scheduling
  • Monitor operational performance levels and regularly interface with management team
  • Responsible for production performance in one or all of the following:
  • Repair
  • Testing
  • Cosmetic Refurbishment
  • Pack out
  • Train, motivate, and support staff in all areas of company and departmental procedures and expectations.
  • Prepare and administer daily performance feedback and reporting as required
  • Provide suggestions and maintain continual process improvements
  • All administrative duties within the production area, including production supplies, inventory stock levels, and purchasing supplies through our buyers
  • Flexible work schedule may include working weekends
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate employees
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with full-time and agency workers preferred
  • Ability to prioritize work flow and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactive problem solving ability
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent PC skills with experience with Word and Excel applications
  • Proven technical aptitude
  • 2 + years’ coordination experience within a high volume production environment.
