Job Description:

This opportunity with the “World’s largest search engine” requires a self-starter who can help build, scale and manage the onboarding and merchant training process This person will work with other team members to efficiently standardized in store processes from the ground up in familiar and unfamiliar environments, as well as possess the ability to recognize and escalate operational or technical issues to the correct party. This person will help define processes by working with merchants as part of the Merchant Onboarding Program.



● BA/BS degree or relevant experience preferred

● 1yr+ experience in retail operations preferred

● 1yr+ Project organization or relevant experience

● Strong communication skills: Exhibit professionalism and possess an ability to effectively

deliver feedback, communicate daily updates and/or escalations

● Ability to work independently for extended periods of time and handle high-level tasks

with little guidance

● Ability to read, analyze and present data

● Must have reliable form of transportation

● Must be willing to travel


Responsibilities :

● Assist in the management and completion of all merchant onboarding tasks while

adhering to tight timelines including traveling to locations where on the ground

assistance is needed.

● Exhibit professionalism and deliver an exceptional brand experience when interacting

with new merchants.

● Oversee the execution of duties related to specific onboarding procedures including

in-store level engagement with merchants

● Effectively create labor contingency plans and schedules

● Create and execute training materials

● Assist in creation of streamlined communication materials and service level agreements

(SLAs) for all markets

● Respond to merchant partner needs quickly, professionally and accurately

● Work closely with cross-functional teams on day-to-day duties, special projects and

troubleshoot initial account management issues

● Work closely with Store Managers/Employees to create a seamless Merchant

onboarding experience

● Analyze and communicate escalations with thorough feedback updates
