**Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship / no corp to corp or 3rd party contracting arrangement / Adecco W2 only.**

IDEAL CANDIDATES:
• Experience with technical training / system (loan origination system) rollouts (CL3 is a system implementation), preferably in a banking environment and with a background in commercial lending or commercial credit analysis
• Some sample job roles: Relationship Manager, Small Business Lender, Credit Analyst, Credit Officer, Loan Closer, Operations.
• Candidates will have worked for banks doing commercial loans ?$5,000,000.
• Looking for those with availability throughout the project for consistency.

NEXT TO IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Experience with technical training / system rollouts (CL3 is a system implementation), preferably in a banking environment and with a background in consumer lending (there are similarities between the commercial and consumer worlds so they would have some context to start).

THEN NEXT IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Experience with technical training / system rollouts (CL3 is a system implementation) – large scale, complex system.

SUMMARY:
The main function of a L&D Facilitator is to conduct training and development programs for employees. This person is responsible for collecting information, conducting research, and creating training materials and programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
- Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with managers.
- Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
- Develop training procedure, manuals, guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
- Meet with department leads and management to determine training needs.
- Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.

SKILLS:
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, and leadership technique.
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
- Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training required.
- 8-10 years related experience required.

MUST HAVE:
-8-10 yrs exp. as a L&D Facilitator on big projects (this is a big change for people and there can be a demanding audience )
-2-3 yrs understanding of commercial lending (i.e. Know what they're trying to do and what a loan request is about)
-2-3 yrs proficiency learning a large organisation system
-1 yr exp. working with Salesforce technology system
(i.e. nCino, built on the Salesforce platform)

SOFT SKILLS/INSTRUCTIONAL SKILLS:
• Able to delivery successfully in VLT or ILT – we will have both.
• Polished professional with good energy but not overly wow' y.
• Strong classroom management skills
• Confident/professional
• Handle pushback, questions
• Time management – stay on task
• Team player
• Comfortable with multi-generational audiences (one of the larger ILT groups are millennial;
• VLT groups may be senior level bankers – say Grade 11 through MP level)
