Lead Customer Service Representative

Adecco is assisting a very large, stable retail client looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative. Communication, team work, and project management skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities:
Manages overall functions of the office.
Assists customers with inquiries or problems over the phone or in person.
Assists in the supervision, motivating and training of the office staff.
Provide all necessary follow up and administrative support.

Requirements:
Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership skills.
Understand urgency of meeting deadlines.
Able to handle stress/crisis situations; alert/ problem-solver
