Lead Generation Specialist – Direct Hire Position Walton, KY Awesome company with room for advancement & promotions!! Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred 2-5yrs of sales, account management, or lead generation experience preferred Aggressive, talkative, and creative thinker wanted! Position Description: Sells services offered by company to business and industrial customers over the telephone by performing the following duties… Uses prospecting software to call prospective customers and existing customers with the intent to qualify new business. Builds relationships by phone to drive additional business opportunities. Builds and maintains customer’s relationships maintaining a call back schedule with new customers. Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services. Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales. Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers. Provides product demos to qualified customers on request. Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained. Prepares reports of KPI’s (key performance indicators) and tracks them daily. Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database. Works with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date. Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries. Additional Responsibilities: Assist in accounts receivable collections efforts. Copy or scan documents for customer or document retention purposes. Ability to work a flexible schedule, rotating after hours, weekend and holiday coverage based on customer requirements. Ability to simultaneously operate multiple telephone lines. College degree preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks in a fast pace office environment. Ability to work efficiently with a professional, customer friendly attitude. Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office and software applications, and accurate typing skills (25 wpm minimum).
