Learning Programs Associate must have a passion for social services, education or health. Be part of the solution and assist with developing programs.

Responsibilities of this position include:

� Supporting leads by coordinating with a wide variety of subject matter experts in the field of child welfare to identify key topic areas for professional development and enhanced learning opportunities for workers across the sector.
� Supporting leads by coordinating with a wide variety of subject matter experts in the field of child welfare to generate content for learning programs.
� Providing support in the development of curriculum, design and implementation of an on-going catalogue of courses geared toward the support of the broad sector of child welfare and juvenile justice services in NYC.
� Assisting in the development of learning programs in coordination with consultants, project managers, instructional designers and content experts to expand the knowledge and capacity of the NYC Child Welfare Workforce.
� Working closely with the Senior Director of Learning Programs to determine the appropriate subject matter experts and topical areas from the broader child welfare and juvenile justice community.
� Working closely with the Senior Director of Learning Programs, various consultants as well as with CUNY project managers to ensure the timely production of deliverables.
� Assist in the management and development of materials to support a vicarious trauma initiative across the child welfare field.
� Assist pilots as well as full roll out and implementation of each learning program.
� Attending meetings with senior leadership, as required and necessary to fulfill the functions of this position.

BA/MA in education or social services
