Leasing Administrator

Exciting opportunity for a Leasing Administrator in the Downtown Chicago! Adecco's Executive Recruitment team is assisting a leader in Commercial Property Management and Real Estate Investment in their search to fill a Leasing Administrator in Chicago. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities Include:

Review and update new and existing commercial leases
Responsible for all tenant needs – move ins and move outs, updating tenant information, handling tenant billing, and overall tenant satisfaction
Collect Vendor Insurance certificates and generating all vendor contracts
Support Real Estate and Accounting department with all leasing needs
Initiates billing of fees, as well as budget preparation
Handles all rent collections and tenant communication

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor’s Degree required
1-3 years property management/leasing admin experience
AVID Exchange and Yardi experience, preferred
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Word & Excel
Knowledge of Real Estate and ability to read leasing agreements, related agreements, and construction contracts
