Legal Administrative Assistant Job Posting

Adecco is assisting a local client in Zeeland, MI. to fill a Legal Administrative Assistant. This is a short-term position with possible temp-to-hire. The ideal candidate can multi-task, enthusiastic, eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges

Responsibilities for this Part-time Clerical Assistant job includes:

- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications

- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material

- Answer office telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals

- Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies

- Greet office visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person based on their needs

Qualifications

- Experience in a law firm is ideal but not required

- 2 years of experiences in either Clerical or Customer Service.

- Experience working with Excel/Word/ Adobe Pro

- Ability to multi-task
