Adecco National Group seeks Lean Legal Affairs Operations Business Transformation Consultant for

immediate consideration for our global corporate Financial Services client.


Position: Legal Affairs Operations Lean Consultant

Pay rate: Depends upon experience 

Length:  6+ months W2 contract

Pay rate: depends on experience

Summary and Responsibilities:


This position focuses on The Lean Methodology and Change Management and Successful candidates MUST HAVE - Lean background/experience. You will lead the effort to develop and implement new or revised processes, procedures, initiatives based on the Lean methodology and principles. You will take deployments from original concept through final implementation and provide a central point of contact for assigned deployments. The selected canddiate will define deployment scope and objectives based on the Section or unit objectives as well as develop detailed timeline and provides status reports.  This position supports the planning, diagnostic, design and sustainment phases of the client’s lean Way methodology part of an integrated deployment team.


  • Conducts research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues idetified to create a baseline.
  • Oversees specific initiatives as part of a deployment that may include cross functional deployment teams.
  • Develops personal work plans and deliverables for work streams for which they are accountable
  • Runs deployment meetings, gallery walks and help drive deployment tracking and analysis.
  • Participate in updates to senior leadership regarding deployment status and the application and implementation of new or revised procedures, processes, and tools
  • Designs, implements, and monitors the progress of design changes, milestones, and budgets to ensure timeliness and deliverables are met.
  • Manages critical relationships with internal end users, and business customers/leadership.
  • Lead and participate in data gathering, analysis and synthesizing diagnostic findings
  • Facilitate discussions and gain commitment to new future state design
  • Assist unit and deployment team in designing lean tools and process changes
  • Participate in implementation and active refinement of future state during implementation
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
  • Broad understanding of “lean” Way tools and behaviours
  • Work with deployment team and leaders to adapt them to the unit going through deployment



Required qualifications:


  • 10 years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field OR equivalent experience
  • Lean Methodology is a must!

Additional Preferred requirements:


  • Legal background a plus!
  • Ability to work with Stakeholders
  • Should be able to show proven deployment history
