Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current Legal Assistant job in Dublin. As a Legal Assistant you will provide administrative support to the attorneys.  If you meet the qualifications listed below, please Apply Now!



  • Litigation Management

  • Assist outside and in-house counsel with commercial real estate legal administrative needs including:  gathering documents, tracking due dates, communicating with vendor/vendor counsel, assisting counsel with production of discovery, etc.

  • Budget Management

  • Maintain Serengeti case management and billing computer data base  

  • Monitor case status and assist with financial reporting and forecast process

  • Assist in-house counsel with reserve reporting

  • Compliance Initiative Management

  • Assist in-house counsel with compliance initiatives and projects as requested

  • Summary of other job duties

  • Assist other paralegals and legal assistants on subpoenas, investigations as requested 



  • Minimum of 3 years legal experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and communication skills required. Ability to compose correspondence and reports.
  • Ability to handle numerous activities and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to operate with minimal direction, set priorities, and exercise independent judgment.
  • Ability to learn custom Real Estate programs such as Site Seer/Site Tools.
