Legal Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill 1 long-term temporary Legal Assistant position. This is a 12 month long temporary opportunity, which will start ASAP. As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties in a fun but fast-paced environment.

  • Location: Downtown Topeka, KS
  • Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, M-F
  • Duration: Approximately 12 months
  • Pay: $15/hr

Responsibilities of the Legal Assistant include:
  • Assist with background checks
  • Conduct registry searches
  • General administrative support
  • Assist with various projects
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Previous Legal experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong reading and comprehension skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
