POSITION: Legal Billing and Reporting Coordinator
LOCATION: Atlanta, Ga
DURATION: 5 months
PAY: 28.00 - 32.00 /hr DOE
Hours: 9:00am to 6pm (M-F) with an hour lunch
Start Date: 1/2/2018 (Tentative)



Position Summary:
Will support the GCO in all areas of Legal Billing and Reporting. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
• Responsible for the administration of billing clients and vendors, including setup, matter maintenance, payment research and monitoring that includes monitoring firm compliance with McKesson’s billing guidelines.
• Assist in the general e-bill and anomalous invoice processing to include invoice scanning, wire transfers, credits, rush payments, “paper” invoices and bills issued in currencies other than USD.
• Maintain the Bankruptcy Tracking Report and support the Credit and Collections Legal Team
• Assist in special projects.
• Run spend and other activity reports to assist attorneys across the GCO.
• Manage SAP reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required (vlookups, pivot tables, able to write formulas, able to articulate findings in a presentation format).
• Legal billing experience required, including e-Billing (in a corporate law department preferred)
• Knowledge of and experience with Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker (previously known as Serengeti) and SAP (strongly preferred)
• Strong experience with e-billing vendors (preferred)
• Higher level degree or a paralegal certificate preferred, but this is less important than the experiential qualifications
• Legal billing experience, including e-Billing, in a corporate law department would be preferable.
• Strong experience with e-billing vendors would be preferable.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to function within a team or independently and have a professional attitude.
• Must be organized with attention to detail, time management and strong communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain excellent relations with legal, administrative and firm personnel.
• Ability to keep Finance and Analytics Director informed of all billing and reporting issues.
• Ability to prioritize and manage numerous initiatives and activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and ownership of assigned work as well as a “can-do” attitude.
• Knowledge of and experience with Thomson Reuter Legal Tracker and SAP would be preferable.
• Proactively pursues career and professional development.
