Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Provide general support to attorneys and legal team by researching necessary areas to analyze legal issues.
Proficiently works with Corporate Lawyers in areas such as litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, loan documentation, contract drafting, leasing, foreclosure


Job Duties:

Under the direction of an attorney, resolves routine legal issues
Researches and analyzes law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties and constitutions
Researches and analyzes legal codes to prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, etc.
May lead and direct the work of others
Performs other related duties as assigned



Must Have:

High school diploma or GED
Five (5) years or more of directly related experience with litigation
Strong MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Complexity of Work: Moderately routine; general policies
Ability to be self-directed




Pay Rate: $20.00hr - $22.00hr DOE
Shift Start/End Time: first shift/general business hours
Length of Assignment: 3 months
