Job: Licensed Customs Broker / Auditor
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Start Date: 5/1/2018
Duration: 1 year contract

**Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship / no corp to corp or 3rd party contracting arrangement / Adecco W2 only.

Role summary
 Support Customs Department in daily operations and assorted projects Role responsibilities
 Monitors and audits system transactions
 Ensure proper HTS classification of automotive parts
 Entry auditing
 Support FTA implementation
 Support C-TPAT solicitation
 Administrative support

Education and Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Finance or Accounting
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or customs role
Prior experience in the field, or a combination of education and experience
 Experience with SAP
 Financial Reconciliations
 Root Cause Analysis Desired:

 Strong analytical skills
 Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
 Self-starter and interpersonal skills
 Excellent mathematical skills Specialized skills, knowledge or certifications unique to this role Required:
 Working knowledge of customs valuation rules
 Working knowledge of customs reconciliation concepts
 Working knowledge of customs entry audits
 Working knowledge of clearance procedure
 Working knowledge of classification rules (GRI)  Conceptual understanding of duty drawback, FTZ, FTA
 Knowledge of accounting procedures
 Understand logistics operation processes, inventory flows, MRP and database management
 Understanding of purchasing, accounting and goods receipt relationships
 Working knowledge of SAP/ ERP – MM & PP
 Experience with Microsoft Office, preferably advanced Excel spreadsheet skills Desired:
 Licensed Customs Broker preferred
 Microsoft Access proficiency Work flexibility (travel requirements, work schedule, etc.)
 Must be willing to travel as required
