Line Cook AM

Adecco is looking for individuals with at least 1 year experience in a culinary environment, fast food does not qualify. The individual must be willing to work 6am-2pm and/or 3pm-11pm.
Duties include but are not limited too:
Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately

6am-2pm shift: will need experience setting up and working a breakfast buffet
3pm-11pm: will need experience doing short order
