Line Manager Project Management

Adecco is currently hiring for  a Line Management Technician in Shippensburg PA!

 This position is responsible for Technical Support flow / interface, support TS process, responsible for ACD case management, case creation and management, support the Field Technical Support Specialist, driving effective and efficient technical problem resolution. 

Roles: Basic machine competence across all products. T
echnical support process (ACD created or internally created).
Phone call logging/case creation.
Understanding of TS and PM process.

2. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities: ActiveCare Direct case monitoring and handling. ActiveCare Direct case resolution analysis. Provide technical service support to the Volvo CE dealer network. Quickly escalate cases and issues within the established process. Provide technical service support to other business areas within Volvo CE NA as required. Assist parts technical support and Volvo field support teams in solving technical product problems. Maintain file maker (every call and ActiveCare Direct case). Other duties assigned as required. Measured by monthly KPIs as outlined and driven by the Uptime Support Manager. Have a one team environment mindset. 3.

2. Internal: Regional, Hub, and District functions Applicable forums within Product Support, Customer Solutions, other Regions, etc Required knowledge & experience:
1. Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position: College or technical degree as applies to the construction equipment or relevant industry. Basic understanding of the construction or other relevant industry.
2. Additional Important Requirements: Analytical skills: able to work with data and elaborate relevant information by means of reporting and dashboards. Teamwork: Building cooperation among individuals and departments, sharing information and resources, and working to achieve group goals and outcomes. Must be proficient in use of personal computer, including skills in the following software programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
Travel required including overseas as needed.
