Adecco Direct Placement is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a Direct Hire Assistant Construction Manager job in Sedalia, CO area for one of Colorado’s largest Environmental Contractors. Our client is a rapidly growing, stable erosion control / landscaping company looking for a dynamic, energetic construction professional who welcomes the challenge of joining a team in Sedalia, CO.

Responsibilities for the Assistant Construction Manager job in the Castle Rock, CO area include:


Budget tracking; hours, budget, materials given to sup, track down hours & inventory – decifier – adapt to spreadhsheet – oversite & PM - Production tracking and understanding
Produce work order reports and project reports
Handle a construction environment and all that entails.
Communication in this position is imperative
Occasional travel is expected




Requirements:

A background in construction – 2-5 years – someone currently working in the field, on the job site, that is looking for advancement into a supervisor/management role.
Liner experience – installing, sealing, working with liner materials and equip
Estimating and take off experience; i.e. slope corrections – done take offsin estimating
A background in excel – track and input, understand how formulas are created
Administration / office experience
Project management experience
Problem solving skills.
Quick thinking.
Ability to pass a background check, physical exam, drug and alcohol testing, and pass government employee verification
Supervising experience will help this person be successful
