Contact borrowers whose accounts are past due on gov't student loans, offer payment options to borrowers and maintain call records. Calling on behalf of government. Requires a high school diploma (or GED) and one to two years of experience in customer service. Strong communication and problem solving skills and a typing speed of 40 wpm. Please have a test on following: MS Word 2007 Normal User, MS Excel 2007 Normal User, Basic Office Skills, Typing Test, CL Will Do, and the GLHE polaris assessment. Profiles required. Does require federal background screening. Hours are 9:30-6 Mon-Thurs and 8-4:30 on Fridays.
