Department Overview
The Loan Administration Department is responsible for the back office operations within TDAF. These operations tasks are critical to the success of TDAF and encompass a wide range of responsibilities. Some of the tasks that Loan Administration handles are: Account Maintenance, Account Reconciliation, Account closing entries, Disbursements, Report Reconciliation, Parking Tickets, Title Management, Deficiency Notice Processing, Repossession inventory tracking, Redemptions Processing, Collection Invoice Processing, Insurance Check Endorsement, Credit Disputes, Post–repo notice processing, and Repo Invoice Processing.

Job Description
The Operations Associate is responsible for the day‐to‐day Operations activities in support of assigned business line. A partial list of specific responsibilities is below:
• Perform more diverse/complex tasks with minimal supervision.
• Act as a liaison between assigned department and other departments.
• Work to identify and address process improvements.
• Provide support to less experienced staff.
• Respond to inquiries and assist in resolving problems/complaints.
• May be required to find and supply data impacting accounts.
• Protect privacy and non‐public information.
• Assist in the prevention of fraudulent activities.
• Review application information against host systems for accuracy and completeness.

Main Duties/Must Haves:
• responsible for monetary transactions - finding misapplied payments and reallocating to correct account
• help with closing loans, leasing titles, etc.
must have attention to detail
• comfortable working with computers and learning new systems/software
• previous administrative background – 1-3 years
• positive attitude

•understands basic arithmetic (i.e. what is a credit, debit, etc.)

• Strong clerical skills, attention to detail, will cross train in groups, must learn quickly
Financial or title experience are a plus
• Basic knowledge in lending and the real estate industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Knowledge of basic accounting processes and procedures.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

NICE TO HAVE

1.) Banking experience
2) Credit and debits experience

EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years experience required.

Experience
• 1‐3 Years of related experience.
• Thorough understanding of all aspects of Auto Finance Operations strongly preferred.
• Ability to use/learn current technology and software applications related to position.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

They will go into financial groups, processing payoffs or title releases, or credit team to process credit disputes, may be on the phones a small percentage of the time.
