Job Description 

Adecco Staffing is hiring for a Local Partner Manager for the 'World's Largest Search Engine". As a Local Partner Manager, you will help bring our client's economic opportunity initiative to life in cities and towns across the country. You will provide operational support for a range of local activation strategies, including bringing free digital skills trainings to libraries. You will form strong relationships with local libraries and other community partners who help small businesses and jobseekers; develop and manage tailored community outreach plans; and work closely with a cross-functional team to execute successful events and tell the story of our impact. You are a self-starting, multi-tasking, people person who is attentive to detail. You respect and enjoy the power of spreadsheets-- almost as much as you enjoy work travel. And you are passionate about leveraging  technology, platforms and programs to provide Americans with the opportunity to prepare for work, find a new job, and grow their businesses. 

Overall Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and recruit local partners that will host, promote, and actively participate in signature events, and cultivate these partners to activate longer-term through the Client Partner Program. These partners may include Chambers of Commerce, local libraries, Goodwill organizations, and nonprofits who teach digital skills to their communities. 
  • Develop tailored outreach plans that meet business objectives and reflect the diversity of each community, and work closely with local partners to execute these plans (e.g. distributing creative assets to partners, securing partner quotes for press releases) 
  • Diplomatically manage relationships with senior leaders of local partner organizations (e.g. Executive Directors, CEOs). 
  • Present on client program resources to relatively large audiences, as needed. 
  • Spend up to 50% of your time on the road, in support of local activations. 
  • Monitor, track, and report on local program activity. Proactively share learnings and progress and identify ways to continuously improve in our processes. 
  • Communicate and collaborate across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Skill/Experience/Education 

    Mandatory 

  • BA/BS in any field. In lieu of degree, 5+ years relevant experience.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in community outreach, field campaigns, or social impact marketing. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to drive different work streams simultaneously. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to uphold the highest level of professionalism to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Desired 

  • Demonstrated proficiency with G Suite tools and social media. 
  • Demonstrated experience working in/with historically underserved communities.
