Locator Team Agent 3 agents required

The Locator agent will be responsible for identifying and scheduling service calls for customers with requests that have been rejected by and existing network servicer. Negotiate rates in order for the calls to be completed in a timely manner and with little disruption to the customer. The team is the last resort for securing service, which means having to be able to handle upset or highly escalated cases. Responsibilities and Duties Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detailed oriented Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Ability to work in a fastpaced environment Ability to work overtime when required (with advance notice) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Basic computer skills Position Description: Please Provide A List of Position Requirements Microsoft Office knowledge Customer service experience Call Center experience
