Responsibilities for Logistics Account Administrator jobs include but are not limited to:

    • Interface with clients to ensure proper receiving, processing, reporting, and invoicing of client materials
    • Effectively communicate information to both internal and external clients in a timely and professional manner
    • Manage and approve client freight costs and coordinate logistics as required by the client
    • Provide data and reporting needed for standard Quarterly Business Reviews with clients

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Logistics Account Administrator jobs:
    • Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Strong customer service and communication skills via telephone and email
    • Ability to analyze, define, and problem solve and to remain organized while multi-tasking and prioritizing
