Logistics Analyst (Korean speaking)

Job title: Logistics Analyst

Position Summary: Process and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments. Provide guidance on appropriate product storage locations. Execute transport arrangements in accordance to customer specifications. Complete necessary documentation and update ERP/SAP as needed.

Role Description: Process and maintain inventory, shipments, transportation arrangements, and SAP/WMS system data entry. Monitor all inbound and outbound shipment orders. Provide warehouse and shipping activity reports as required. Manage all warehouse equipment and packaging materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor all inbound and outbound shipment processes and documentation.
Monitor warehouse safety and performance.
Monitor LTL/DTS/FTL freight rates.
Execute inventory and replenishment plans based on stock level analysis.
Oversee reception of products and inter-warehouse transfers.
Manage 3PL & LG warehouse with WMS.
Manage 3PL transportation regarding shipping status and damage claims.
Provide WMS and TMS system training at warehouse location if necessary.
Provide monthly budget forecasts for freight costs and warehouse supplies.
Support warehouse cost monitoring and saving activities.
Resolve warehouse, production, and sales team collaboration issues that may arise.
Create and present reports regarding overstock rate and forecasting data.
Conduct warehouse inventory audits and inspect damaged products.
Update all transactions in SAP and WMS regarding inventory discrepancies.
Monitor daily warehouse reports and process necessary transactions in SAP and WMS on RMA/damage/block/unblock for consistency.

Education and Work Experience:

Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
Experience with ERP/SAP is preferred
Other relevant experience will be considered. (Logistics Background)

Knowledge and Skills:

MS Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Basic computer and MS Office skills
Basic knowledge of economics and accounting
Complex problem solving & Critical thinking
