Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for a Logistics Administrator. This individual assumes full responsibility for data entry, oversight and fulfillment of clients business needs of assigned accounts. Route inbound and outbound air-ocean freight shipments. Track and trace air-ocean freight distribution shipments from origin facility to end destination. This is a temporary to hire position. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

-Take orders and coordinate international freight receipt and process paperwork
-Input data, coordinate and track shipments with carriers (airlines, ground carriers, steamship lines)
-Coordinate and complete all system updates, data entry, AMS and ISF filings direct with US customs
-Complete and update work instructions available online for all client activity in support of all departments

-Clear speaking voice
-Ability to pass background check
-Ability to pass a drug screen
-Must have high school diploma or GED
-Detail orientated
-Excellent communication skills
-Team player with enthusiasm to work towards accomplishing common goals

-Routing and pricing skills
-Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks

Shift available
1st shift Monday – Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm pay rate $18.00)
