ADECCO is the largest staffing company in the Mid-Ohio valley. A lot of the biggest and best companies in the area use ADECCO. We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Specialist for one of our top clients in Friendly, WV!

This position requires managing the inventory for shipping to customers, primary domestic less than full truck load shipments and back-up International and air freight shipments. This position also provided backup transfer operations and administrative support.
Summary of typical duties and responsibilities of the job.
- Prepare load, Shipping documents/packets, pick tickets for dock.
- Creating Relabel packets and inventory via Process Orders
- Moving material within warehouse locations as needed
- Manage all domestic less than truck load order processing
- Responds to Customer service requests for changes and add ons on daily basis
- Works with Odyssey load planners to arrange pickup of orders
- Manage stock issues and verifies shipment printing and shipment

Additional Responsibilities:
- Keeping files on all of the above.
- Entering into SAP relabels and backup for admin 1 and admin 3
- Entering into SAP bulk
- Entering into SAP all status changes for warehouse inventory stock
- Create and/or Delete warehouse inventory
- Prepare and participate in data entry for Physical Inventory
- Prepare load planning sheet, shipping documents/packets, and pick tickets for dock.
- SAP execution of orders

Knowledge/Skills Required:

* Communication skills are a must
* Issue resolution/trouble shooting
* Individual has to have drive and desire to work in high paced environment and has to be willing to work through issues that tie up order processing
* Multitasking and ability to understand the issue that needs resolved. Inquiry's come in 24/7 from around the globe and it is not always clear in the electronic communication what the issue is and how to resolve. Have to be able to take information given and locate the issue/resolve the problem.
* Requires good computer skills and organization is mandatory. This person needs good communication skills to interact with the people in the plant, customer service representatives, trucking company, and planners located in positions across the globe.
Must be willing to work through issues with others and job does require overtime at times
- Work safely, following all policies and procedures
- Associates degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
- A strong personal and professional commitment to Environmental Health and Safety including the ability to wear personal protective equipment as required.
- Working knowledge of PC functions, Microsoft Office, and SAP
- Strong customer service skills.

Pay for this position is $17.00 to $18.00 an hour to start and this is a temp to perm opportunity for the right individual.
