Job Title: Logistics Specialist/Supply Coordinator Scheduler

KEY DELIVERABLES (Define/outline primary responsibilities)
- Nominates requirements to pipeline, marine, and rail carriers, monitors and executes product movement from origin facilities into and out of terminal tankage and truck racks.
- Coordinates with refineries and sales to forecast and plan supply / demand balances, trigger buy / sell signals to optimizers / traders.
- Complete daily product scheduling activity, coordinating interfaces with internal and external customers
- Oversee implementation of the supply and logistics activity for bulk movements of crude oil, feed stocks and products in the US (may include pipeline, marine, rail and truck)
- Manages inventory downstream of refinery to agree operating targets and year-end levels; sets appropriate terminal safety stock levels.
- Maintains supply reliability to marketing and third party customers.
- Provides input on logistical capabilities and limitations of the XOM supply system in support of the development of long range supply and distribution strategies.
- Coordinates seasonal product conversions
- Interfaces with key logistics partners to ensure effective operations
- Provides detailed scheduling and inventory management for a specific area, product, or asset mix
