Adecco is assisting a local premier client in a search for Logistics Operations Support Adm in Englewood Cliffs NJ

 

 

POSITION:      Freezer Cabinet Product Operations Support Administrator

LOCATION:     Englewood Cliffs NJ

HOURS:           Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

DURATION:     6 months W2 contract

PAY RATE:      $24.00 per hour

 

Overview

 

Support and manage inbound customer service support to the Out-of-Home Ice Cream Sales Division and freezer cabinet management market for DSD network. Provide problem solving resolution for customer, distributor and OOH field personnel pertaining to cabinets, product deliveries and field service issues.

 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support 6 regional business managers directly and OOH Key Account and National Account managers indirectly
  • Manage regional cabinet inventory including; orders, moves, pickups, deliveries and spare parts and service repairs
  • Process new OOH business leads that originate through the call center
  • Address customer inquiries both telephonically and by email to manage and resolve customer/distributor complaints
  • Prioritize and provide customers/distributors with product/ service information in timely manner and escalate unresolved issues to line manager based on level of severity
  • Enter new customer information into Freezer Asset Management System (FMS) system
  • Execute monthly distributor cabinet inventory reconciliation activities
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call and shipping logs and produce call reports on a daily basis

 

Requirements to Succeed:

 

  • 4-year College degree REQUIRED!
  • Proficient in and MS Word, Excel (pivot tables, V-look-ups)and Outlook with good data entry and typing skills
  • Previous inventory asset management experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus!!
  • Excellent Customer Service as well as Communication skills across all levels
  • Knowledge of customer service environment, principles and practices, call center telephony and technology a plus
