Adecco is hiring for a LDT&T Assistant Coordinator/Customer Services in the City of Industry. With the following Job requirements. 


Job Description They are responsible for setting carrier appointments on the dock schedule for every inbound and outbound order.  The Dock Scheduler interfaces with the warehouse to deliver the customer business, while driving efficiencies in the warehouse from a Transportation/Dock Scheduling standpoint.     


• Serve as the primary customer service contact for the West Region in order to assure maximum standards of efficiency, customer service, and quality at the least cost.

• Act as a liaison between the DC, the customers, and the customer service teams to assist with customer issues.

• Resolve customer service issues regarding on time delivery, order adjustments and special requirements.

• Prepare and distribute a daily warehouse shipping status report to provide visibility to past due orders and daily dock capacity.

• Work with the customer service teams to coordinate order move activity between DC's as requested.


• Computer literacy in word processing, spread sheets, graphics, along with the aptitude to extract information from all internal systems

• Must work and participate effectively in a team environment with diverse personalities

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships.

• Timely and effective verbal and written communications

• Highly self-motivated and self-managed, with excellent prioritization and organizational skill.

• Must possess strong analytical skills including problem resolution / analysis

• Ability to communicate effectively, internally and externally, to all levels of management

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to consistently achieve desired results, manage multiple tasks, set priorities, act decisively and solve problems.
