Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Administrative Assistant I  role in Needham, MA!  Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!


Pay Rate: $20 / hr

Duration: 3 months

Job Responsibilities

● Greets guests in a friendly and professional manner 
● Guide visitors and vendors when they come into the office 
● Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness 
● Assist in booking conference rooms 
● Manage catering services for client meetings and office events 
● Maintain and anticipate needs of supply inventory, by placing weekly orders and expediting as needed; including snacks, coffee and kitchen supplies 
● Primary point of contact on-site for vendor coordination 
● Act as facilities coordinator and point of contact for any office space related issues 
● Send and distribute mail 

● Experience in a high visible reception or administrative role 
● Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite 
● A professional commitment to excellence

● Personal poise and professional appearance 
● A friendly and positive attitude 
● Extraordinary conversational skills
