MAIL ROOM CLERK

Sort all newspaper to their correct mailboxes
Deliver all Staples boxes
Put mail in mail carts and deliver at 10:30/11:00.
After delivering mail through building, sort the mail correctly. Any mail that needs postage put the correct postage on them.
Receive all packages and letters from FEDEX-UPS-DHL. Scan into PITNEY BOWES SYSTEM so the items can be trackable. On Solon campus, also use the palm pilot to capture their signature.
Sort mail that comes from USPS.
Deliver all mail/overnight packages that’s been sorted for the 11:00 a.m.
Once all mail is delivered, and all has been picked up, bring mail back to mailroom to process.
Do misc. jobs that employees request us to do for them, through STACK FM.
Deliver copy paper (all sizes) to all stations in the building.
Keep the break room/kitchen clean and all supplies stocked full at all times.
Check to make sure that the receiving dock is always clean and neat at all times.
Pick up mail at 3:00 p.m. in buildings. Once picked up, bring mail back and process all mail.
Get all pouch mail ready to go UPS overnight, to all Nestle locations.
Pick up boxes per request by ERS.
Make sure that the mailroom is all cleaned up before leaving for the night.
Keep track of all mailbox changes with names.
Set up all audio visual in all buildings, plus keep all rooms clean and organized. Be willing to help with an audio visual request at the last minute. Always TEST all equipment before setting up, for a meeting.
Do color & black-white copy jobs per associates request.
Relieve shuttle drivers for afternoon break, after 2:00 p.m.
Always make sure that the employees cost center numbers are correct on all packages.
Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Have good computer skills in word, excel and PowerPoint.
Set conference rooms; with tables and chairs.


Work Schedule:

8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (5 days week)
Some overtime possible
Hourly rate: $12.00 per hour
