Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Pay Rate: $13/hour
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community.
Requirements: Your own reliable means of transportation, High School Diploma or GED, Years experience as a Maintenance Technician, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance, Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
