Candidates that have three (3) or more years of hands-on experience working in an Electrical Maintenance job, preferably in a heavy manufacturing environment and that are interested in working in Western PA are encouraged to call.

The Electrical Maintenance Technician will provide electrical coverage throughout the manufacturing facility and provide maintenance work as directed by supervision. You should be skilled at PLC troubleshooting, overhead crane repairs and maintenance, running conduit and working on general electrical maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities for the Electrical Maintenance Technician Job:

- Troubleshoot and Repair Industrial electrical circuits, motors, and drives including PLCs
- Must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Must be able to work with PLC’s including reading ladder logic diagrams, edits and uploads. Candidates with PLC Programming may be eligible for higher level positions.
- Able to Utilize digital/analog multi-meters
- Troubleshoot and repair electric overhead cranes (AC and DC)
- Basics of Hi-voltage substations and transformers
- Troubleshoot and Repair combustion circuits
- Able to work with Instrumentation and electronic devices
- Work with Pressure, Temperature, and flows
- Will perform Electrical Installations
- Will perform Conduit bending and Wire Pulling

What you’ll need to have for the Electrical Maintenance Technician Job:

- Candidates should have a Journeyman designation or three - five (3 - 5) or more years of Industrial Electrical Maintenance experience
- Must be able to pass written and hands on testing on Electrical Maintenance including PLC troubleshooting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and able to work at high levels, on ladders, and confined space.
-Must be able to work overtime as need, including weekends as needed.
