Shifts: 

From now until the end of May:

1 working 6:00am to 2:30pm – Sunday thru Thursday mainly for training

1 working 2:00pm to 10:30pm - Sunday thru Thursday mainly for training

 

After training and after May

1 working 6:00am to 4:30pm –Thursday thru Sunday (10 hour days)

1 working 12:00pm to 10:30pm – Saturday thru Tuesday (10 hour days)

 

Essential Job Functions:

1. Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in the facility.

2. Set up and use of machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill press and milling machine to repair or fabricate parts.

3.Troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facility equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Complete assigned work orders.

5.Utilize maintenance systems as necessary to complete daily, weekly, and monthly duties.

6. Operate material handling equipment safely.

7. Enter information in the systems to document work order completion.

8. Provide support to team in the predictive and preventative maintenance program.

9. Organize and define taks with minimal supervision.

10. Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements. 

11. Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF 2000 Systems.

12. Accountable to Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles.
