POSITION: Project Management Support Analyst
DURATION: 6+ Months
PAY RATE: $37.00 per hour
LOCATION: Mount Laurel NJ


Description: This role will be a Management Analyst who will assist the Project Lead Subject Matter Expert with project tasks to include creating spreadsheets and presentations, managing meeting minutes and preparing post-meeting documentation, managing information and data artifacts, assisting with data analysis, conducting gap analysis, and leading small team meetings as required. Will conduct other tasks as directed by the Project Lead SME and Project Manager.

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in the banking industry. Preferred experience with Compliance Management and Risk Management. Experience with or interest in Conduct Risk and Ethics is a plus.

4.) Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio & Sharepoint
5.) Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
6.) Interpersonal skills
7.) Banking experience
8.) Compliance/risk management background
9. )HR experience

EDUCATION: Post secondary education required. Degree in Business, Finance or Communications required. 5-7 years of related experience required. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred.
