Manager of Training Workforce Development Marial backfill

The Adecco NYC team is seeking a Manager of Training & Workforce Development. This role is temp to perm. This is role is for the candidate that can handle a heavy administrative workload and is passionate about social work. 
 

This position will play a key role in broadly supporting the Office of Training and Workforce Development and responsibilities include:

  • Preparing regular reports regarding training completion and any other reports as needed and/or requested.
  • Supporting recruitment and tracking of learners for pilot sessions of newly developed learning programs for all new pilot programs.
  • Coordinating work with consultant partners within the CUNY system as well as other partners in the community and within ACS divisions.
  • Providing day-to-day support to the Deputy Director of Training and Workforce Development as needed as well as providing support to Training and Workforce Development leadership.
  • Attending meetings as required and necessary to fulfill the needs of the department and to support the timely meeting of the deliverables.
  • Attending trainings and meetings as indicated and perform other duties as needed.

 

Preferred Skills

The preferred candidate should possess the ability to work on multiple projects effectively and efficiently, both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent oral and written communication stills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail as well as well as a proficiency in computer applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel are preferred.
