As part of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you will identify and resolve process related issues and champion process improvement initiatives including improving workstation layouts and process flow, developing time and motion standards for processes, developing work instructions and conducting cost and capacity analysis.

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
Minimum of 2 years + experience in manufacturing industry
AutoCAD experience
Exceptional problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
Demonstrated leadership qualities
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Lean Manufacturing knowledge
