What will you be doing as a Manufacturing Production Associate?

As a Manufacturing Production Associate your primary responsibilities include:

  • Read and understand the Standard Operating Procedure for all machines and all areas within a Value Stream
  • Learn and follow standard work for all areas within a Value Stream
  • Conduct Daily 5S activities within a Value Stream
  • Follow instructions from manufacturing team leads and operations leadership team members
  • Run machinery and equipment with limited support
  • Change over machinery and equipment, as needed
  • Partner with team members, and train associates, as required, in all areas within a Value Stream
  • Follow quality standards for all equipment within a Value Stream
  • Ensure safe work conditions and identify/improve environmental health and safety.
  • Complete an hourly scorecard

  • Do you have what it takes to work for Adecco at a local client? If you meet the qualifications below, the answer is YES!

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time
  • Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body
  • Must be able to read and write simple statements. Able to analyze, memorize and conduct and comprehend simple mathematical tasks
  • Be able to make decisions and have sound judgment
  • Must be able to wear a face respirator up to 4 hours at a time
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing environment
  • Self-directed – ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good reasoning abilities. Sound judgment.
  • Resourceful and well organized – keeping a work area clean, safe and orderly
  • Problem solver, with the ability to develop a plan of corrective action
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • PC skills are a plus
  • Able to become quality certified and self-inspect
  • Must be able to work holidays and/or overtime as needed
  • Timely and consistent attendance is a must
