Ensures the overall business, marketing, sales , corporate communication, Com&Im, HR, and property strategies keep the consumer in focus, through a deep understanding of peoples' life at home and translating that understanding into business opportunities that generate demands for home furnishing. 

1. Manages & executes all qualitative & quantitative consumer insight market research across all functions in the organization as needed. 
2. Partners with assigned functions to provide needed insights and information. 
3. Develops and maintains a Leader of Life at home dashboard that provides key consumer insight easy at access, easy to use way. 
4. Identifies research needs to deliver to business goals by developing market research plan annually.
5. Contributes to the overall business and marketing strategy by providing inputs of social , economic, environmental , technological, political, demographic, retail, and home furnishing trends and key consumer insight gained through market research. 
6. Secures delivery of comprehensive research summaries and implications.
7. Manages and directs external research partner relationships on a day to day basis. 
8. Perform duties as assigned.
