Adecco is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Marketing Analyst Assistant position in Colorado Springs, Co 80909.

Position Summary:
Work hand-in-hand with the digital, social and consumer products teams among others to monitor, report on and optimize engagement with team and fans. This person will play an important role in supporting the our clients research and analytics function as we implement new tools and continue to grow as a data-driven organization.


Responsibilities:

1.Collect data from a wide variety of sources and report regularly on the performance of marketing activities across social, digital and video channels.
2.Create written reports and data visualizations that clearly communicate research findings
3.Collaborate with other teams on creating new or improved ways to engage fans based on research and analytics.
4.Assist in maintaining the clients collection of research materials, and providing information to internal stakeholders as needed.
5.Support Partner Marketing and Business Development efforts by collecting data on sponsor campaign performance.
6.Regular attendance at work is an essential job function.

Education:
�Successful completion of coursework in marketing, economics, statistics, or business analytics.

Experience:
� Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook.
� Familiar with Google Analytics and social analytics tools
� Must be able to manipulate and combine data from a variety of sources using tools such as Excel or Access.
� Familiarity with Excel Pivot Tables strongly preferred.
� Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred but not required.
� Experience in Tableau strongly preferred.
� Experience and interest in marketing analytics & consumer research strongly preferred.

Skills:
�Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly active environment.
�Good critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
�Good written and oral communication skills.
�Proficiency in MS Office products. Particular emphasis with advanced Excel features (e.g., V/HLOOKUP, MATCH, pivot tables, macros).
