• Traveling to medical offices/facilities to market our specialty departments
• Working on marketing projects with the Directors of Operations for our specialty departments
• Coordinating with our Regional Marketing team on speaking events, radio ads, television ads, and other marketing efforts
• Purchasing collateral for marketing efforts
• Supplying our Regional Marketing team with content for our online sources (i.e. website and social media platforms)
• Engaging with patients to obtain testimonials

Position Description: Key responsibilities include: Performing marketing outreach to increase referrals to our specialty departments; Developing strategies for targeting new medical providers and facilities to increase referral opportunities; Coordinating with the new patient referral coordinators in each specialty department to monitor, track and analyze incoming referrals; Developing trusting relationships to promote referral opportunities; Organizing catering, presentation equipment, locations, marketing collateral and other needs for events; Engaging with patients to obtain testimonials and providing the Regional marketing team with online content, such as employee and patient stories, community involvement, sponsorships, speaking engagements and media appearances; Updating the Directors of Operations on event planning/progress; Performing analysis of business requirements to drive development of marketing strategies; and Coordinating and managing marketing projects involving the specialty clinics.

Prior marketing experience with a mid- to large-sized organization is needed. A background in the health care or pharmaceutical industry will be valued. Candidates must have superior writing skills and a keen eye for detail. Solid computer skills are essential. A High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
