Adecco is assisting a large power management company with their search to find a Digital Content Specialist in Atlanta, GA.



Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 5 months

Pay Rate: $21/ hour



Digital Content Specialist - Contractor. The Digital Content Specialist will be responsible for supporting our external facing public website and assisting the Digital Experience team with projects. This function will support projects and tasks related to the existing Lighting website and will assist with the build of the new Lighting website.


Essential Functions:

Manage and coordinate digital content presented on Actively participate and engage in the website build project.

• The content specialist will collaborate with marketing, product brand and design teams to coordinate website content.

• Content specialist will support Web Content Managers with content needs, filters, tagging, taxonomy, Product Manager collaboration, product data clean up and discontinuances.

• Manage AEM documentation, digital email shared database, Jira support tickets and Usabilla feedback

• Participate in Dev, Q/A, UAT and production testing/coordination and content migrations.

• Assist with digital tools support and requests as required.

• Assist with website updates using Adobe Experience Manager and learn other internal digital tools.

• Generate weekly report out and attend meetings as requested.

• Strong project management skills to include: effective communications, planning, time management, problem solving, and negotiation skills.

• Attitude skills to include: adaptable/embraces change, passion for learning technology, shares and consumes ideas, curiosity for trying new things, not afraid to fail.

Specialized Knowledge:

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.

• 1 - 2 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).

• CSS, HTML and JavaScript experience desired.

• Strong analytical and technical skills. Intermediate Excel proficiency required.

• 1 - 2 years related experience with in developing and managing digital/web content a plus.

• Strong project management skills. Ability to document clear requirements and specifications for development.

• Performance driven and results oriented; takes initiative and demonstrates follow through.

• Detail-oriented strong and communication skills.

• 1 - 2 years of experience and proven proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Must be a self-starter with energy enthusiasm towards a team environment.
