POSITION: Marketing Communications Specialist III
DURATION: 1 year contract, W-2




Job Description:


Provides leadership, consultation and coordination for the development and deployment of communications strategies for a selected GBU/LOB (Global Business Unit/Line of Business) consistent with brand strategy. Acts as key point of contact internally and externally for the development of marketing communications strategies. Manages execution of integrated marketing communications programs working with internal clients and 3rd party agencies from project briefing to creative development and production to measurement. Plans, manages and stewards marketing communications budgets. Ensure the use of established Global Brand Guidelines and oversee the implementation of the brands across areas of assignment. Supports GBU/LOBs in the development of brand strategies, positioning and builds support through the organization with key stakeholders and others in support of those strategies. May act as asset owner for components of the brand communications (website content, print literature, etc.). Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient in MS Office. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in deadline driven environment.
Operations:
Daily support of production team – interface back to team on daily issues as they arise
Document production processes and tools for team (Production & Communications teams)
Work with production and team to ensure they are following processes and reinforce
Identify gaps and constantly improve tools as required
Work with communications manager to identify and investigate new and innovative technology for team
Assist production team with escalations to communications manager and assist with business guidance
Primary support for metrics for team
Lead on distribution lists identification and maintenance

Admin:
Verify goods & services received for team
Track and spend on various team projects and report monthly on spend
Manage communications equipment and calendar
Various projects, as needed

Job Requirements:
3-5 years of Marketing ccomunications experience
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in deadline driven environment.
