Responsibilities: 
• Project manage and coordinate strategic, complex projects and campaigns to support transformation of the Customer Success digital lifecycle transformation including tracking campaign/project execution, assembly of critical assets, and create reports tracking the performance and success of campaigns and project metrics. 
• Work with Content Strategy lead to ensure deliverables are received in a timely manner and requirements met 
• Create project execution plans that align required actions, timelines, risks, and critical paths to complete 
• Set up tracking and produce reports in collaboration with the Data Science team that represent performance of digital marketing initiatives including campaign/project KPIs, A/B testing, and audience segmentation 
• Assist in the deployment of tools and processes that evolve the rollout of the digital CS lifecycle strategy 
• Manage tactical projects as required to facilitate execution of strategy goals, localization of content, among other needs as identified 
• Develop the skills and market expertise necessary to accomplish new and different job requirements and advance your career 

 

Minimum Requirements: (“Must have” Qualifications) 
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 
2. Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram 
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills 
4. Experience with Excel and Pivot Tables 
5. Experience creating project timelines and execution tracking including Gantt Charting 

Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements: (“Nice to have Qualifications”) 
1. 2+ years of experience the B2B marketing of technology 
2. Experience coordinating internal and external resources in the curation, production, editing, and distribution of content 
3. Experience monitoring with gathering and reporting on automated marketing data 
4. Experience in email marketing
