Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Contract, Marketing Coordinator role in North New Hyde Park, NY 11042! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Duration: 8+ months
Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm






The following outlines the role responsibilities but is not limited to:

Product Marketing Support

Develops and maintains internal and external documentation for the sales and support teams to ensure alignment with how information should be communicated to clients including product positioning and messaging to customers (print and digital communications, presentations, brochures, promotional material, web content and customer case studies).
Create and execute client notifications and announcements via F&I portal
Create marketing pages on company intranet to inform key stakeholders of new initiatives


Campaign Support

Manage the procurement of customer lists and preparation of lists for monthly campaign execution
Work with both internal and external agencies to manage art files for monthly marketing campaign
Manage internal and external vendors for monthly telemarketing campaigns and developing call scripts and lists
Gather all key dates for communication execution and work with campaign services to own the communication calendar for each execution


Miscellaneous support

Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for marketing leadership
Works with internal marketing team to capture product imagery for internal and external use
Lead the development of various miscellaneous Marketing tasks including internal and external event coordination, media placement, etc.
Help across the team with competitive assessments in the marketplace (i.e what competitors are doing for marketing and communications across marketing vehicles online/offline)









Qualifications:




• Resourceful, self-starter that works best in a team environment. Can manage his/her time and projects wisely while meeting deadlines
• Flexible in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasks

• You are an energetic, positive person who works well independently
• Demonstrates effective decision making and results delivery
• Sense of urgency and strong work ethic a must

• Experience working with or supporting sales and marketing initiatives

• You are extremely professional in your demeanor with the ability to influence others

• You represent the company brand well and help others to do the same. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• You work calmly under multiple deadlines; You get things done ahead of time and anticipate the needs

• Proficiency computer and technology skills (experience with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint)






education requireD:




• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
• 1-3 years of Marketing experience
